TODD SHORTER WAKE, THIS WEDNESDAY
Due to the overwhelming response of the friends of Todd Shorter, his father has decided to hold a wake in Murfreesboro. The wake will be held at Woodfin in Murfreesboro at 11am on Wednesday, March 21st. Directions

Please note that Todd's family is paying for this wake in Murfreesboro and will also have to pay for transportation of his ashes to Oklahoma. We ask that you dontate what ever money you can to help absorb this cost. You can donate money via this button

3/17/07 in loving memory: TODD SHORTER
We've lost a wonderful friend. Todd Shorter, a friend to us and a man who inspired and motivated everyone around him has passed away this week. He will be dearly missed. Todd was an exceptional person and a team leader beyond comparison. Details on his wake will be posted as they are received.

in loving memory: Syd (Vicious) Bondurant
One of the original members of the MTSU Rugby team has passed away on 12/13/06 due to a heart attack. Syd was living in Deleware and will be dearly missed. More information as it is received.

10/19/06 J. Butler awarded Bronze Star
James Butler, who has been deployed 3 times to Iraq was known for his toughness on the rugby pitch and he's making a name for himself serving the U.S. Army as well. He is an intelligence officer and is currently working to train Kurdish Soldiers. He was recently awarded the Bronze Star, the Army's 3rd highest award for heroic feats.

James' home is in Washington where his wife Crystal and 2 year-old daughter, Evyn wait for him to return soon.

It is with great regret and a heavy heart that we inform you that Jason Lane, beloved friend and teammate to many of us, has passed away in a terrible auto accident. More information as it is received.

10/3/2006 Doug Wolfe donates goods for club house

Doug Wolfe recently came forward and will donate over $400 worth of supplies for the improvement of the club house including paint, lumber for a new bar, gutters, and indoor/outdoor lighting. We are grateful and thank you Doug!

9/19/2006 Danny demonbreun nominated to old boy president position
Danny Demonbreun has been nominated to the position of President of the Old Boys by previous President Rob Cameron who will be stepping down to pursue a new and exicting role with MTSU Rugby's founders. Danny will be up for election this October along with other positions on the Old Boy's administrative board.
