REGISTRATION: STEP ONE

Please fill out the form below to register for the Frank Bunce and Chris Roche "Meet and Greet" Event. Once you have submitted the form, you will be prompted to submit payment through Paypal. You can pay with your credit card if you do not have an existing Paypal account.

Cost for the event is $25 per person, and $15 for players who attend the clinic. There will be no refunds on the event. If a player can not make it then another player may be substituted. Any substitutions will need to be e-mail no later than April 2nd.
