REGISTRATION
Please fill out the form below to register for the clinic of your choice. Be sure and select your date carefully. You will be prompted to pay via Paypal or with your credit card if you do not have an existing Paypal account. Cost for the clinic is $50. There will be no refunds on the camp and in the event a player can not make it then another player may be substituted. Any substitutions will need to be e-mail no later than April 2nd.
